Junior Developer (US Based)
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our growing development team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow into a full stack developer role. You’ll start by supporting our existing team through testing, debugging, and small development tasks while gradually taking on more responsibilities as you build confidence and skill.
Our tech stack includes Python, FastAPI, MySQL, Redis, and React, and we’ll help you gain hands-on experience across both the front-end and back-end as you grow into the role.
What You’ll Do to Start:
· Assist with testing of web applications and services to identify bugs or performance issues
· Help maintain documentation for features, code changes, and processes
· Support the team in debugging, basic bug fixes, and QA efforts
· Work closely with senior developers to learn best practices in development
· Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and planning sessions

Senior Software Engineer (US Based)
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in eDiscovery solutions and Microsoft Azure Web App Services to join our team. This role requires a seasoned developer who understands the technical and regulatory complexities of building scalable and secure applications in the legal technology space. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our cloud-based eDiscovery platform, working across both the front-end and back-end.
As a senior team member, you will lead complex development initiatives, guide best practices in system design, and ensure that our architecture meets high standards for performance, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable applications hosted on Azure Web App Services
· Lead the technical architecture and implementation of eDiscovery tools and features, including data ingestion, search, review, tagging, and export
· Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that serve law firms, corporate legal teams, and service providers
· Ensure cloud deployments are optimized for cost, performance, and high availability
· Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, design discussions, and paired programming
· Implement and maintain secure data workflows and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2
· Integrate with third-party legal data systems (e.g., Relativity, Microsoft Purview, Nuix, etc.) where needed
· Establish automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
· Contribute to the design of scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems and APIs for case management, audit logs, user roles/permissions, and more
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or lead role
· Proven experience working on eDiscovery platforms or similar legal tech products
· Strong hands-on experience with Azure Web App Services and related tools (e.g., Azure Functions, Key Vault, Blob Storage, CosmosDB, Azure SQL)
· Proficiency in Python, .NET, or Node.js for backend development
· Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with message queues like Azure Service Bus or Redis
· Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, or Angular
· Deep understanding of cloud security best practices, authentication (OAuth2, SSO), and user access management
· Experience working in agile teams and using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with AI/ML components for data classification, PII detection, or predictive coding in legal datasets
· Knowledge of eDiscovery regulations, litigation hold, early case assessment (ECA), and privilege review workflows
· Prior experience with Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, or similar legal platforms
· Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
· Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Bicep
