Tom Palladino is the President of eDiscovery AI, a data intelligence company pioneering the next generation of AI-powered legal technology solutions. In his leadership role, Tom helps guide the company’s mission to transform litigation, investigations, information governance, and privacy response with advanced tools that maximize
efficiency, enhance accuracy, ensure compliance, and improve costeffectiveness for law firms, corporations, and legal service providers.
An accomplished entrepreneur and recognized authority in eDiscovery, compliance, and legal technology, Tom began his career by co-founding a company that assisted transitioning military personnel as they entered the workforce. This early venture sparked his entrepreneurial journey and commitment to building organizations that drive meaningful impact. He went on to co-found NightOwl Global, where he helped grow the company into an industry leader serving the world’s largest corporations.
Following the successful integration of NightOwl into HaystackID, Tom served as Chief Strategy Officer.
With more than two decades of experience, Tom has developed expertise in strategic analysis, innovation, and
business development, consistently translating emerging trends into practical, technology-driven solutions that simplify complex data challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College and
an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where he was a Carlson Honor
Scholar in the top 10% of his class with a focus on entrepreneurship.
