In her role, Alysha leads the product organization, guiding cross-functional teams from ideation through delivery, and ensuring that product roadmaps align with both the evolving needs of legal teams and the innovation goals of the company. With a deep understanding of how AI and data-driven workflows can transform the tools we use on a daily basis, she focuses on supporting the building of solutions that elevate efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and move the industry forward.
Prior to joining eDiscovery AI, Alysha built her foundation in roles where clarity, process discipline and user-centered design were essential — skills she brings into every product decision, from feature prioritization to customer feedback loops and go-to-market readiness. Today, she thrives on bridging the gap between technical teams, legal practitioners and end-users, translating strategic vision into practical, scalable tools.

Outside of her professional life, Alysha is an avid outdoors enthusiast. She treasures time spent with her husband and kids — whether hiking, biking or simply exploring nature together.
