Privilege review is one of the most time consuming and expensive parts of any review project. It’s also one of the most sensitive and important parts of it as well. You get the Privilege Call, the Privilege Type, the hits from the Attorney List, the various privilege elements evident in the document, and a Privilege Log Entry. All of these fields are exportable for you to include into a prospective Privilege Log. In addition, documents containing Attorney names but no other elements of privilege (for instance, if there was a potential break in confidentiality or it was not pertaining to legal advice) are flagged as “Potentially Privileged,” so you can take a closer look and make a more direct determination.

Results can be searched, confirmed or revised, and dispensed quickly and easily. The slow, tedious, cumbersome work of composing and compiling a privilege log is minimized.
